Before establishing her advisory practice, Isabella held C-Suite roles spanning CEO, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability Executive positions across Financial Services, Telecommunications, Government, Education, Professional Services, and Manufacturing/Mining. These roles gave her a first-hand view of how leadership capability and commercial clarity intersect — and how quickly both can unravel under pressure.
